“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and right doing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there.” -Rumi

Hi, I'm Achsah. 🤍

I've always been the person asking why. Why do people behave the way they do? Why do we repeat the same patterns? Why do some experiences stay with us after they're over? Why has it always felt like there was more going on beneath the surface than what we could actually see?

I honestly can't remember a time when I wasn't curious about those things.

I’ve always been fascinated by anything that explored the hidden parts of being human— psychology, philosophy, consciousness, symbolism, Eastern traditions, the connection between the mind and body... even art and music that made me stop and think, "Oof, there's something more here."

Every once in a while I'd come across an idea that not only made sense in my head, I felt it in my whole body. Goosebumps. That weird feeling like every cell in me was saying, "Yup. That's true." Fun fact: I didn't know it at the time, but I'd later learn there's actually a name for that feeling—frisson.

Looking back now, I don't think I was bouncing from one interest to the next.

I think I was following breadcrumbs.

When I went to nursing school, I originally wanted to specialize in psychiatric nursing because I was fascinated by the relationship between the mind and the body. Life had other plans (and forensic psych is a story for another time 😅), but those questions never really left me.

I've been a nurse since 2007, and over the years I kept coming back to the same thought:

Why do some people continue struggling after the original wound, illness, or stressful season has passed?

Medicine taught me how to recognize symptoms and support the body through illness, and I'm incredibly grateful for that foundation. But I could NOT shake the feeling that there was another piece of the puzzle I wasn't seeing.

I started studying energy medicine. Then the nervous system. Then the subconscious mind. Then body centered healing. The more I learned, the more everything I'd been drawn to my entire life started connecting together.

What I discovered is that the body is always communicating with us. Stress, trauma, grief, and life experiences don't just disappear because we've decided to move on. They shape the way we breathe, move, react, protect ourselves, and experience the world around us.

I don't believe our bodies are working against us. I think they're doing exactly what they learned to do in order to get us through life. Sometimes they just need a little help finding their way back.

Looking back, I don't think I've been chasing certifications or collecting random interests. I've just been following the same questions I’ve had my whole life. I think I was simply trying to understand people.

Turns out... I still am. Only now I get to help other people understand themselves too.

If something here resonates with you, I'm really glad you're here.

I hope you'll stay awhile. 🤍

My Approach

I believe healing happens when both the physical body and internal awareness are supported together.

My sessions are designed to:

  • regulate the nervous system

  • clear energetic and emotional buildup

  • support clarity, alignment, and forward movement

Each experience is personalized, combining structured techniques with intuitive awareness to meet you where you are.

I don’t believe healing is something that is given.

I believe it’s something that is supported, activated, and remembered from within.

My role is not to fix you, but to facilitate and guide, creating a grounded, supportive space where you can reconnect with your own ability to heal and move forward.

Healing Philosophy

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about reconnecting with what’s been pushed aside, suppressed, or carried for too long.

This work doesn’t bypass discomfort. It creates space to safely process it, understand it, and move through it, supporting both emotional release and nervous system regulation along the way.

By working with both the body and the energy system, we’re able to release stored tension, restore balance, and create meaningful shifts that extend beyond the session.

This is where deeper awareness meets real, tangible change.

Where patterns begin to shift.
Where clarity replaces overwhelm.
Where you start to feel more like yourself again.

I don’t believe in surface level healing.

I believe in intentional, integrative work that supports both where you are now and where you’re ready to go.

This is a space for both grace and strength. For slowing down, reconnecting, and moving forward with more clarity, balance, and alignment.
